I love these stories! And, enjoy the laugh!

There's no way I can top yours!
I do have my own fog story--I call it my ditz moment, and the reason why I no longer have an ATM card.
Picture this: Friday, shortly after 5:00 p.m., at the bank getting cash for the weekend. Used the ATM to get in and out quicker. After collecting my cash, I turned around with a smile, greeted the next customer, walked passed her to my car and left.
Next day, a neighbor calls me to say that she has my bank card.

She says that she and her husband went out to dinner with another couple. The gal remarked that she found an ATM card at the machine, account completely left opened. She closed the account, retrieved the card, and discovered her friend was my neighbor. As it turned out, the good samaritan was able to return my ATM card via my neighbor. That was lucky for my family! After a good laugh (whew!), I decided I was better off to avoid the ATM machines from then on!
