My method has been...I added a memory foam topper...I have 4 pillows one is memory foam..one thick gusseted..one 'normal' queen size...and one normal standard size. I use one or all the pillows to prop my body in the most comfortable position I can find. I have found that MOST days the foam topper eased some of the morning stuff.....but just lately ( flaring now -lucky me) I still feel awful every morning! So, I am not sure anything helps 100% of the time!
