Does anyone else take the supplement 5-HTP?
I take it mainly at night, but was wondering if daytime use is Ok also.
I know it helps promote sleep, but if it was taken during the day would it act, as described, to promote a feeling of well-being.
Wouldn't it promote sleep during the day. And what do they mean by a 'feeling of well-being'? Wouldn't that mean it's indicated for daytime use as well?
