I just noticed this kind of sliding through the cracks. I know it's a bit after the fact, but, I wanted to check in on you and see how you are doing?
If you have a bath tub, try an epsom salt bath, just about as hot as you can stand it, and soak until the water gets too cool to stay in anymore. It SHOULD help draw some of that soreness out of your muscles. Also, drink GALLONS of water to help toxins flush from your tissues. For the grumpies, light the bathroom with lavender scented candles and put os some soft music while you bathe.
