Hi, everyone. This is my first-ever time on a message board, so be patient with me, please. I was diagnosed with fibro about 5 years ago, but can hardly remember back to a time when I did not have the symptoms. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you . Hopefully I can add some things, and be added to.

Welcome to you. Get some rest and post when you can. There are some good back posts for newbies you can look up called, The List, Medication List and The Best Supplements. Lots of great info.
We don't wish this disease on anyone but welcome all with open arms.
Thanks for the welcomes! I feel like I've read so many books on fibro-many of them contradicting each other. It's nice to read comments and suggestions from real people fighting the same fight that I am. My best and prayers to all of you!
