Hi Gang,

I guess I'm in my what seems like a once a week spiral downwards. My chest, back and arms are hurting and burning bad. Some days PT feels good and other days I feel like someone beat me with a bat. When I get like this I always seem to send myself into a panic attack. Maybe if I sit here and type it, I'll see that this happens all of the time and that I'll be fine. I feel like I'm inflammed in my chest up by my shoulder. I've tried ice and heat, a massage, and some chocolate milk LOL, chocolate always makes me feel better (yeah right). I know part of the problem is that I've had too much caffeine today. If I could just stop doing this to myself. I am so good at sitting here telling everyone to calm down and not let it get to them. I mean well, and my advice is usually good, but I can't seem to apply it to myself. I guess that's what's good about being here for each other. You can always sem to help others faster than yourself, at least in my case. Well I'm going to try and read a book and calm down a bit. I hope that everyone is having a good night.

Hi Chris, hope you're doing better. I've fallen right down the weekly rabbit hole with you. Get some rest. I try to look at days like this (when I have pain meds) as one of those days when you were a teenager and partied really late and then stayed in bed all the next day doing glorious nothing.

I'd love to stay in bed doing nothing but unfortunately I have kids. The only difference between a 2 year old and a 21 year old boy, is that their toys cost more LOL. I'll bet that my 18 and 21 year olds knock on my door and say Mom, more than your 2 year old. SIGH, they don't seem to understand leave me alone.

Sorry you feel so crappy! Hope things get better.

I don't know why us Fibromites have to endure so much. Yesterday, I came home from work early, did some things around the house....cooked dinner, ran to a meeting, got home around 8 ish. Sat and watched some show, went to bed. I'm am here to tell you, I can barely move today. I'm so sore, I don't want to move. But, here I am working again, wishing all this pain and just general malaise feeling would go away. The sad part is, I have to start all over again tomorrow.

Hi Icefire, I am the same way, went to my chiro this morning, aching all over, neck and upper back pain. Usually feel better but today it is worse. I think in the long run it does help, depends on how bad our pain level I before we go. I am going to lay down with some hot packs as company.
