Everyday I take a great mix of herbs and supplements and I love them! I have been taking them consistantly for almost a year and my symptoms have improved. There are still rough days, but not nearly as many. I used to feel weather fronts almost 10 days before they came and I never watched the weather. Now, I do not feel it til the day before. I take valerian probably every-other night to hlp me sleep and it works for me. I also take magnesium which also helps. Not a lot for me, so I take other things that help to work with it. Ginger is good for nausea and for IBS. It does help with the pain a little, but not a lot.
I am also taking zinc and calcium. I take the calcium with the herb feverfew for my migraines. These herbs and supplements have really helped me. I cannot take most Rx drugs because they do the opposite that they say they are supposed to do and i build up a tolerancy to OTC drugs and they do not work anymore!
