Hi everyone,

Over the amount of time that I have spent here, I've noticed a lot of concern over fibro fog. I too, like everyone else, get it. I'm only 24 years old. I've forgotten how to drive, how to turn my headlights on, turn the car off in the driveway when it's still in park, put milk in the cupboard and cereal in the freezer. Just the other day I went downstairs for the yellow pages and had to up and down THREE times before I finally brought it back upstairs, and out of breath at that!!

Fibro fog is scary at first, because we think all sorts of things, like our grandparents or parents with Alzheimer's. That is not the case, we just get a little foggy sometimes. I got so upset when the fog first started happening to me but now I'm able to laugh about it, to get my friends to laugh about it, and to get my boyfriend to laugh about it.

So next time, perhaps we can all post the silly fibro fog things we do and get a chuckle out of it!!
