Hello,
Just wondering what is it my dr did my rating and she state I have that and other things this is the first time I heard of this? I know I have fibro is that the same?
Any imformation would be help full

dear kathy,
the facia is a sheath of tissue that envelopes every fiber of your being. it surrounds all your tissues right down to each individual cell. have you ever taken the skin off a chicken and had to peel that slimey clear stuff off. well, that is facia. it is the glue that holds us together. cmp is defined as inflamation of the facia. it is pronounced like fashion not face. it is everywhere in your body. there are many therapies being used right now for this. from release therapy to steroids to reduce the swelling. i am doing the release therapy with a physical therapist.

hello bluelakelady,
Has that therapy helped you and does it hurt? My dr just basicailly said go home and live with the pain. I did do a month of pain management but that just seemed to make things worse. Anyway thanks for the imformation.
Also where would I go to find someone that does that kind of therapy?
