I have been sleeping straight through the night - Fibromyalgia Message Board

I have been sleeping for 3 nights straight. No it hasn't stopped the pain much, nor the fatigue, but I'm not up all night praying for sleep. Don't know if this is a good sign or not, but I'm hoping

That is great!! I'm one of the wierd one's w/fibro who sleeps like a baby. I will get up sometimes to go to the bathroom, but then as soon as my head hits the pillow I'm right back to sleeping. Fatigue is one of my #1 symptoms, and most days I even take a nap in the afternoon.

I feel so bad for those of you who can't get to sleep at night. Hopefully you will continue to be able to sleep better.

Have you been doing anything different recently that is making you sleep better?
