I had posted this along time ago but there are so many new people here, I thought would post it again to see if I could get some feedback.

Does anyone get breast pain, I have been getting this for a long time on and off, it is deep and unrelenting. Sometimes it is under the breat in the ribs and goes into the breast, othertimes it comes from the shoulder goes down into the breast and other times just the breast. I am up to date on mammos. I also get a line of pain above the breasts that is sometimes painful other times annoying. I get a vague feeling of tightness in the breast area also, like my bra tightens at spots even with out a bra on, this is just an annoying thing.

I am way past menapause so know it is not that but do have costro also.

Yes, I get this. I get sharp nipple pains and achy pain that radiates from my breast under my armpit. It is usually worse on one side.

It varies from cycle to cycle and cutting out caffeine and chocolate seems to help it some.

I can certainly empathize-it is very uncomfortable.

I get it too! And no, I'm not anywhere around menopause (I'm only 17) and I'm not pregnant. And my breasts hurt really bad sometimes, especially towards the bottom and around to the side by my arms.
