Signs and symptoms of Fibro? - Fibromyalgia Message Board

Hi all I have never visited this board and i do have a few questions hoping some of you can help? What are some of the signs ans symptoms of fibro?And who can diagnos (Sp) and how is it diagnosed?

Thats a broad question with possibly a variety of answers. For me its generalized muscle pain with major sore spots for me mostly in my upper back. It increases and decreases, it makes me tired. Sometimes its an acheness and other times it feels like its coursing thru my veins. Its usually a diagnosis or ruling out things with similiar symptoms and identifying at least 11 out of 18 trigger points.

Welcome Jenn, if you go back in pages of all the post you will find "THE LIST" it has a list of all kinds of signs and symptoms. A rheumatlogist is the Dr. to go see. They will run lots of test and rule out or not alot of other Dxs first. I think it will be very helpful to you. Good luck and welcome.
