| Re: routines...?
Hi,
Yes, I think our routines help us, we work within our limits, and like everyone, we're less anxious when we feel that life is predictable. Vacations are stress for most people, and with us, the stress can start the illness up.
I find that stress of any kind can result in more pain and fatigue. It can be mental, emotional, or physical.
I've not had a vacation for years and years because of finances (lack of, that is) and agoraphobia, which pretty much keeps me in one area. I go into my garden and have lovely quiet times with my cats, or spend time with a good friend, or just look outside at the sky and the trees. These are my vacations, and they soothe me.
For me, a vacation would be more than I could handle, I think.
Peace and a blessing,
Seaturtle
