Re: glucosamine, chondroitin & MSM

Glucosamine chondroitin is usually used for arthritis. It won't help you. But, the msm is a general pain reliever. Take it on a full stomach, other wise, you may get gassy, that is the only side effect. We just statrted my husband on creatine and ribose, we're still waiting to see if it helps. The creatine helps create energy and rebuild muscle if you're active, and the ribose helps relieve pain.
