| Elevated CRP, normal SED rate...
Okay...I was diagnosed with fms a week ago. The doc is pretty sure that's what I have, but he sent me to the lab to have blood drawn to make sure that it's not anything else...Everything came back normal except my C-reactive protein. Normal is: 0.00-0.99 MG/DL and mine is 1.91 MG/DL
My sed rate is normal: 18, but it was 10 when they checked it 8 days before.
But I was just kinda curious about a couple things...what does it mean if you're c-reactive protein is elevated but your sed rate is normal?
and, is it normal for your sed rate to change that much in about a week?
These might be kinda dumb questions...but I really would like to know what you think.
