There are times that I walk around like a ballerina my feet hurt so bad. The only thing that helps for me is a cold pack or ice cold water that I put my feet in. I mean water that is filled with ice cubes (it also cools you down on a hot day).
There was a thread a little while back about this that you might want to check out. There are times that I cannot wear shoes at all since my feet hurt so bad. When it comes to the bone, yes, so tender and painful. I am looking to get one of those portable foot massagers.
Peace and love, Janet

Oh yes I have painful feet. Like Hangin said, ice cold water with cubes in it or at the very least ice packs. I have to wear shoes all the time because I had planters faciitis and can't bear to go barefoot. What always hurt most on me was the middle of the bottom part of my heel, that is called the bursa and no surprise here, it use to get inflammed. Anytime your feet hurt your whole body hurts, that's what I always say.
My feet hurt some mornings more than others. When I get up out of bed in the night or in the morning the bones crack something dreadful. The pain is in the ball of the foot area. At first it seemed like it was joint pain but has turned into soft tissue pain. On days when the foot pain is bad, the rest of me seems to be bad too.
The pain in my feet is really very strange in that it has nothing to do (that I know of) with any activities, or shoes or anything else so far as I can tell. The pain changes from pain in the padded ball of the foot to arch area. Sometimes it feels like a sharp instrument is being drawn across my arch.
The really strange thing is that my hands are a direct reflect of the pain in my feet. My right foot is always worse - so is my right hand. Always more stiff on waking.
Does anyone else have the pain in the hands the same as the feet?
