New Member..need Doctor help please! - Fibromyalgia Message Board

Hi, I'm Lynne from NYC and my fiance suffers from fibo and I am looking for a doctor in the New York City area. We just got back from the Mayo Clinic in AZ and they really weren't able to help us since there isn't much they can do for the disease. Any help with doctors, clinics, support groups, etc. would be very appreciated. We are basically desperate.

Lynne, Welcome to the board, I'm afraid I'm not very informative but some here are are and hopefully they will be along soon and be able to help.
I just wanted to let you know that I can understand what you and your boyfriend are going through and I know how stresful it is to look for help and not be able to find it, your boyfriend is so lucky to have some one as wonderful as you to help and stand by him.
Just hang in here and read some of the other wonderful post I'm sure they will help answer some of your questions until some of the others are able to help.
