Vision Problems - Fibromyalgia Message Board

I am having alot of problems with my vision, I was wondering if this is from the fibromyalgia. I see double at times and other times things look like they are slanted, does anyone else have these problems and what can I do for them. This is driving me nuts . Thanks

I have had a few episodes of the double vision...it doesnt last long, maybe a half minute at most and happens at no particular time--at work, at home watching tv, on the computer or reading. Don't know what it is, but i would like to know from those with FM if this is common. I was diagnosed a couple of months ago with Rocky Mt.Spt Fever, but even after a month of treatment I am left with all over body, muscle and joint pain and the vision thing...wondering if this sounds like it could be FM? any ideas out there?

hello Hummingbird Hope,
Yes I too have alot of problems with vision. I ask the eye dr and she said yes some people with fibro have vision problems. I have alot of problems looking at things close up and far away. Blurred vision. It stinks makes it hard to drive. So I dont drive at night. She also said that I should have a check up every six months with the way my eye sight is. Does stress make your vision worse? I mean I have alot of stress dealing with WC and pain.
