Unhappy Bad night

Last night I almost had to have someone drive me to the ER, I was in horrible pain, my knees, ankle, jaw and wrist hurt soo bad I couldnt see straight and my skin was on fire, is this normal? ( for someone w/ FM anyway) I had to take 3 5mg Loritabs before the pain let up just enough to fall asleep for 3 hours, now I'm exausted and still have to work from 3pm-11pm. I really hope my doc will up my pain meds. Thanks for listening to me complain!!!!!

Re: Bad night

acornfl, complain all you want that's what we are here for to listen. You have to let the stress out to feel better. I've done that 3 - 11 shift and I know what you mean with the no sleep. I take sleep meds or I would not sleep and sometimes I still have to get up and take something for pain. Hang in there and talk to your doc about this. Good Luck!

Re: Bad night

I had a bad night also, Terrific pain in my hip with the burning pain all the way down my leg into my foot. It hurt to lay and hurt to walK. this dd really is bad, no one realize what we go through.

Please feel better soon, that burning is terrible, I always think of it as a severe brush burn.

Love, Linda
