Re: Help i need to find a good Fibromyalgia Lawyer

I used an attorney in Phoenix Arizona. His name is Scott Davis. If you research Fibro on the internet you will see his name and articles he heas written about Fibromyalgia and disability. He was an wonderful attorney and was extremely helpful. If you call information for Phoenix, they should have the number. Sorry I do not have it I just recently moved and everything is packed up. Hope this helps some, I am not sure where he practices besides Arizona but cant hurt to try.

Welcome alli and tina,

I have also heard of Scott Davis I think he probably does some national cases by referring you to someone in your area. I am sure there is a bar association number in your area that could tell you who the top ssdi lawyer is in your area or give you some names. Good Luck and keep us posted

Re: Help i need to find a good Fibromyalgia Lawyer

allimac66, if you would like to talk you can e-mail me and I will try and help you any way I can with information. [ please read and follow the posting rules - no emails ] I am not sure what the lawyer was getting at. I have a 12 year old son and I can take care of him just fine with fibro. Some days are harder than others with this horrible beast fibro but just because u have this does not mean your children will suffer. Find a different attorney, that one does not sound very helpful.
