please if anyone can help me to find a laywer that does fibro case for ssi
disability had one lawyer and he drop me now that i have been waiting since march 04 of last year for a hearing he said there was not enough medical evidence but another lawyer may think there is i have been lied to the whole time by there office then i was told by someone else to write the congress men and had to fill out some paper work for senate office for them to do an investigation on why it is taking so long then thats when the lawyer drop me any how i need help to find another lawyer local or national does not matter
i have been told by 3 doctor that i have a complex case of fibromyalgia also the last specialist who was in the best doctor of america magazine said he also thought that beside having a complex case of fibro i also had chronic fatigue sy. along with this if someone has any helping advise or know of a lawyer please let me know i am in need of help quickly

I used an attorney in Phoenix Arizona. His name is Scott Davis. If you research Fibro on the internet you will see his name and articles he heas written about Fibromyalgia and disability. He was an wonderful attorney and was extremely helpful. If you call information for Phoenix, they should have the number. Sorry I do not have it I just recently moved and everything is packed up. Hope this helps some, I am not sure where he practices besides Arizona but cant hurt to try.

I have also heard of Scott Davis I think he probably does some national cases by referring you to someone in your area. I am sure there is a bar association number in your area that could tell you who the top ssdi lawyer is in your area or give you some names. Good Luck and keep us posted

i have found a few layers i had the weirdest question he ask me if i took care of my kids am i suppose to not make them suffer like i do i think not i try not to do my best with how bad i suffer but i will not make my kids suffer

[ please read and follow the posting rules - no emails ] I am not sure what the lawyer was getting at. I have a 12 year old son and I can take care of him just fine with fibro. Some days are harder than others with this horrible beast fibro but just because u have this does not mean your children will suffer. Find a different attorney, that one does not sound very helpful.
