Need answer to this question!!

ive had fibro for most of my life and have never felt this symptom before these last episodes. wanted to know if anyone else has felt this or should i go see my doctor, maybe something else is wrong.

i feel the pain of fibro, but it has been 3 times now within the last month that my brain seems to "feel pain" from my body but i cant tell where all the severe pain is coming from. i can pinpoint what is hurting at the moment and it shouldnt be hurting that much but the brain seems for that while to be seperate from the body. i hope i am making sense or otherwise im crazy. its a very odd feeling. like my brain is picking up severe pain signals from somewhere, but theyre not really there at the time. am i making any sense? or am i losing it? please help

Re: Need answer to this question!!

I do not really know what you mean. are you referrig to fm fog, where you feel you are disconnected from your body. I refer to mine as a drunk feeling. This dd effects every part of body.

Maybe some else can help more than I was able to.

Hugs, Linda

Re: Need answer to this question!!

It probably wouldn't hurt to see your dr. maybe ask him how your blod pressure and cholesterol. Just in case. The first time I felt kinda like that I also had a little dizzines with it and since I know people that have had strokes and I have bith high bp and cholesterol I thought for a few seconds-uh-oh. But I talked to me dr. and while it is kinda unnerving the first few times you feel like you're standing outside yourself and watching all going on, it can be "normal" for some. The med. I was on to prevent migraines got changed and it doesn't seem to happen near as much.

Can you explain a little more clearly what you're experiencing? I'm having trouble understanding what's happening with you.
Thanks,

Seaturtle

It probably would not hurt to see your doctor.

I also do not know if you are talking about searing pain that feels only in your brain? Is it so strong that your eyesight changes?? Are your temples throbbing? It is probably hard to know but does this happen after you eat something?

For me when something like that happens and continues, just for peace of mind, I will go to the doctor and make sure there is nothing else going on.

Sorry you are going through this.

Peace and love, Hangin
