I hope you all are having a good day! Mine just got a little better. I was wondering if any of you experience bruising. I mean any little thing that you might do, bruises you. Is this a commom Fibro thing or is there something else going on with it?
I have no idea if it is related, but I bruise very easily. Sometimes, all it takes is a hard hug or someone gripping my upper arm. And I have bruises on my legs and arms all the time but don't remember getting them. I will bruise just by leaning into the edge of a door. It doesn't take much for me.
I have a tremendous amount of bruises on my body. I always get them and then I have no idea where they came from. I do find myself running into things, as if my perception is off.
Peace and love, Hangin

Hi,
Bruises are big part of my life. My skin is very sensitive to the touch. I must where what is extremely soft comfy clothing or I hurt. If someone barely touches me I hurt and it will usually leave a mark. It is hard to dress for work as most attire is not comfy soft. I get a lot of bruising as well as knots under my skin. Does anyone else have extreme pain in their legs. My starts from 2 p.m. on. I take Tramadol at night to relieve the pain, but cannot take it through the day as it makes me nauseous on the stomach. Other info would be extremely helpful!!
I also bruise easily, but now that I take prednisone I REALLY bruise easy. Sometime they just pop up on my body. That is a side effect of prednisone. So check the side effects of your meds, that may be one of them.
I have always bruised easily. But there are times i bruise more easily then others. I am goin thru it now and have been for the last month or so. I have them all over and i have the sore skin also. I do not know if it is from fibro or something else. But would like to know more on why it happens and what causes it.
