Lately I've been getting dizzy and those shock waves going up through my head. The only thing that I have done differently in the past couple weeks is not taking the 5HTP (only because I ran out). I was wondering if anyone has discontinued their use of 5HTP and experience these kind of symptoms? It's almost like I'm going through withdrawal or something. And if it's not that, then something is not right!
