Does Anyone Else Run Out Of Gas After 7pm?

Most days I seem to run out of gas at about the same time. Around 7pm. It is almost as if someone turn off a light switch. Does this happen to anyone else?

Re: Does Anyone Else Run Out Of Gas After 7pm?

yup mine is at around 3 as well, since im usually up at 3:30 - 5:00 am every morning. just depends on when i wake up anywhere in between there, and im up for the rest of the day till midnight. so yea run out of gas around 3 and sometimes if im lucky i'll be able to nap around 3, sometimes its simply laying down and resting my eyes.

Mine is in the afternoon also. Mine is accompanied by brain fog. Any of the rest of you get this with the fatigue? It's terrible.

For me - normally it's about 2-3:00 but, this last week I seem to be completely out of gas.

I am out like a light by 8pm, but I start fighting to stay awake around 6-7 pm. So I am on empty by 6pm.

Re: Does Anyone Else Run Out Of Gas After 7pm?

For me it depends on what I am doing that day but most days I am on the verge of falling asleep by 7pm. I take nortriptylene for leg pain due to scoliosis and it jacks me up so I take it in the afternoon and it gives me another short burst of energy.

Re: Does Anyone Else Run Out Of Gas After 7pm?

Everybody in my family knows that at 6:00, mom's in the recliner for the evening. And it seems either that's when everything really starts hurting, or I just notice it more because I'm finally still. This brain fog thing is really worrying me. I haven't noticed it all that much till lately. I repeat myself, don't remember things people have told me, miss turns when driving because I'm either not paying attention, or have forgotten where it was that I was heading!! Even my boys have noticed it. One said he was going to take away my keys if it happened again!! I've just started taking Elavil the last few weeks. Mainly for sleeping, but also an antidepressent boost along with my zoloft. It's supposed to help with fibro pain, too, but so far I haven't noticed any improvement. Any one have any results with Elavil?
