Hi there Fibro friends, I havent posted in a while, Ive been busy doing PT. I just wanted to share something with you all that is helping me with the muscle pains!
My Pt uses this stick..kinda rolls it all over, and when he hits a know he concentrates on that spot and tries to loosen it up..I havent had 100% success, but I have to say I do feel better..I just bought one for home. It helps with muscle pain, strain, stress, spasm, tension, cramp, trigger poing, fatigue and tone..The stick is even travel size, and comes with directions on how to use it on your own body. Ask your PT..or browse around online, I am sure you will find it!!
