HI, sorry to call out to you like that but I just read a post where you stated you have narcolepsy and since this is one of the many possibilities my doctor just threw my way I was wondering if you would share your symptoms? I was a little surprised at this possibility because I don't just drop off to sleep while doing things but he (doc) said that isn't always the case and we'll know more after some testing. The symptoms that prompted him were that I suffer from sleep paralysis and the fact that I suddenly in the middle of the day feel overwhelming fatigue to the point where I must lay down and sleep.
