2 weeks since car crash,and in more pain now - Fibromyalgia Message Board

Was rear ended two weeks ago, and have been seeing chrio. since and at first i felt better with the visits. but the last few he has added stretching to the back and neck, along with getting adjustments. and i am hurting sooo bad. Im not sure if he is helping me or killing me! I dont want to get out of bed, and i cant even think of haveing to go there mon and let him do it again with already hurting so much. What he does is puts his elbow on my butt cheek and grinds it back and forth. and also to my neck. now i hurt from my head all the way down my left leg. i think something is pinched in there or something. the thing is i went to the er after the crash and all they did is look at us and give us meds. not test at all. Could it just be the fibro causeing such a flair that his treatment is so painfull?
also, has anyone had mitral valve prolaps? if so what are the symps?

I suggest you stop chiropractor immediately.

if you have a pinched nerve through a disc herniation or something similiar, the chiropractor can do a lot of damage.

Seek further medical advice, have you had xrays or mri. A neurologist maybe the answer. I just you go back to GP and seek further advice.
