Well, I finally got dx'd. My doctor says he thinks its FMS. Yea! Er, well, anyway, it's so wonderful to finally know. He's setting me up with a rhumerologist soon. Havn't got the appoint yet but should hear something tommorrow. So, now I can say I'm officially one of you guys.
You would not believe how good it feels to finally have a diagnosis under my belt. 2 decades of suffering, 6 years of horrific pains that no one belived in but me and you guys. Now I can snub my nose at the nay sayers and the hurtful jerks who swore to me that its' all in my head. Doc told me today that the test he did on me to determine "inflamation" registered a 6 on me, and normal is less than 1. Started me on new pain med, that I can't remember the name of right now, but it's already helping loads. Thanks for letting me spew, and thanks to all of you for giving me hope and information for the last couple of months.
