I was wondering if any of you can relate to any of these symptoms.....

>unable to all asleep (as if mind will not shut off, very active)

>hands feel very heavy

>face numb-like feeling (mostly around nose) and tingles at times

>hands sometimes fall asleep at night (have to shake them to get feeling back in the morning)

>feet get a buzzing feeling after excercise

>heart palpatations during sleep

>stiff muscles in the morning (arch of foot)

If you can relate to any of these symptoms, I would really love to hear from "you"

Hello 3love! and I can relate to the face throbbing and my hand fall asleep just for no reason . now the sleep part I have no problem because my medication makes me sleepy. and I once had feet pain for 3months and always have leg and pelvic pain with my legs feel like a bag of cement when walking up the stairs and my knees feel like they are twisted when walking down the stairs.people say dont drink caffiene but I realize it helps ease some of the nerve pain and keeps me from being very sleepy when my medication make me sleepy the whole day.But most of the symptoms you have I can really relate with you.

Your feet pain sounds alot like plantar fasciitis. Do they hurt when you first step out of bed in the morning? You should really try talking to your pcp about your symptoms. Be honest and aggressive. I found that if i was passive with the doctors they ignored me. Make them understand you. Good luck!
