Question Fibro flare caused by new car?
After my 10 yr old Saturn died last week, I bought a brand new Saturn, with the gauges in the middle. Ever since then I've been feeling like I might be sensitive to all those lovely new car chemicals (headaches, nausea, etc..) Yesterday I spent a lot of time in the car, and today I am in major pain-- mostly mid/upper back. I am wondering if I am twisting my whole upper body to see the gauges. Could this cause a fibro flare?

FMS patients have many chemical sensitivities. What you described is normal, unfortunately. I believe the newness of your car, and the different position you described could definitly cause a flare in your upper back. I really feel for you! Try soaking in some epsom salts for 20 minutes.
