It's hard to say what affected what with this for me....I've got so many OTHER foot problems that even after fixing the fascitis, my ankles, calves and toes are still pretty wasted.
However, the chiropractic effect on the fascitis was pretty definitive. For me, the fascitis was in my heels and about a 1-1/2" wide strip up the insole (arch) to the large toe. Pretty consistent with the actual shape of that plantar tendon.
It REALLY hurt to have the adjustment. In fact, I let loose such a howl, my daughter came busting through the treatment room door to find out what "HE'd" done to me! Bless her little heart. She is very 'in to' taekwondo, and I think she was ready to take this hulk of a man (big dr.) right on down to the floor to protect her mama! Ha! Gotta luv it!
Anyway, AFTER the adjustment, I was real sore all that day, and a little of the next, but the fascitis pain was gone, and has not returned. Now I just have to live with the neuromas, arthritis, tarsal tunnel, and pinched nerves in my feet. But, hey! THAT'S another story!
