Hi Valerie:
Thank you. I have had FM for 7 months now along with every other syndrome you can think of. I stay in alot of pain but try to control it with meds. The meds help but it still hurts and has attacked all of my body. How about you? How long have you had it? I do not know much on rememdies, however, I have heard that many people with FMS use a treadmill and it helps. I am going to buy one so I will let you know how it works if you do not already have one.
