Are you able to take trips, vacations, week-enders, etc.? How does it work out(or not)? This was the longest trip we've taken in quite a while--I still had crummy days of pain or exhaustion, but all in all it was worth it: to see something besides the inside of my house. We stayed in SE Idaho--fantastic!! So maybe the boost to the morale is especially worth it. Any suggestions on how to survive a vacation with Fibro? God bless, Al

Hi Al, Wondered where you were? I miss seeing your posts. My true blue Ultram friend. Did you take your Ultram with you?

I've not been anywhere besides work since I was diagnosed, but the last vacation I went on to the Outer Banks, I believe I had it then. It was rough so I'm just not enthusiastic about going anywhere. We stopped a lot and I got out and walked around and did a lot of stretching. That really does help. I tried to get enough sleep but not stay in bed too late or my muscles would just freeze. (I didn't know about Ultram then).

Howdy...

We went to El Paso in May. I did okay while gone, but boy it kicked my tail when I got back.

One thing is for sure, it was good for the mind to just get out of HERE for a while. Especially when you live in the DEEP south at present time.. Ha Ha...

And no every body, I am not knocking the south, okay?
