Yes, I have had a LOT of hip pain and knee pain. I do not anymore. I do floor exercises and stretches and that's been the Cat's MEOW for me. I do not suffer with sciatica any longer either, as I have learned to wear GOOD SHOES, and when enough is enough, how to get up and down and sit and stand.
Posture is a lot of it...and exercise. The stretches KEEP ME GOING. It will get rid of sciatica in a heartbeat most of the time.
I, too, experience all you have described. I'm with Blessings..stretching is vital. AND self massage. ANY massage, but I have a hard time getting others to do it for me, so, self massage is the ticket.
I never do quite get rid of the sciatica, tho. Left leg just always has it, down to the toes. Probably the main pain that makes me require a cane.
