These work wonders couldn't go on without them. Plus, of course vitamins and herbs! Check them out for yourself so what is everyone taking "besides" prescription drugs?

Hi! I am about to start taking Chinese Herbs but am wondering about this malic acid/magnesium thing. Do I just go a buy it or do I need a doctors ok? Let me know more! Thanks! Beverly

go to [[removed] and you can buy fibrocare there. It's one pill with both, put out by a guy who has fibro. It's really good stuff. Helps with the weakness in muscles and the pain.

I have very good results in the past with Magnesium Malate, which is available at health food stores without prescription. When I first started taking it, all my pains disappeared within a couple days. They have since returned, but I've recently had very good luck with eliminating all excitotoxins (NutraSweet, MSG, and other ingredients of processed foods like hydroplyzed vegetable protein, textured soy protein, natural flavors, yeast extract, etc. which have MSG in them although the label does not say so) from my diet. Do an internet search for excitotoxins, and you will be amazed at what you learn.
