colostrum dosage? - Fibromyalgia Message Board

I have been having some chronic myofascial pain releif with colostrum at about 4800 mg per day. Can anyone else tell me what dosage they have been using?

I just started colostrum a little over a week ago. I take 3,840mg a day. I'm feeling pretty good right now. I might increase it if I feel the need to, but for now I'll stay at what I am at.

I'm doing 1800 mg twice a day. I'm having some significant improvement. Now I've also just completed 3 weeks of frequent acupuncture. I think the combination of having the pain stopped by the acupuncture and the colostrum giving my body the healing push it needed was a great combo.
My massage therapist told me today that my neck muscles were so less rigid than 2 weeks ago, she was amazed.
