sore throat can be attributed to acid reflux, even if you're not aware you have it. this is very common in fibromites, as is post-nasal drip. do you have a stuffy nose that moves from side to side depending how you are laying? this is a drainage problem we get, and can contribute greatly to our sleep disturbances, as well as sore throats etc.
of course, it could just be a cold or something ordinary that we forget we are susceptible to. we get so used to our weird symptoms being part of fibro, we blame everything on it! i know i do! it's never just a cold....
