 Magnesium
Hey guys ,
My doctor advised that I start taking 250mgs.of Mg a day. My mother bought me some because I couldn't afford it. Lo and behold , my lower back pain is , for the most part , completely gone. So are my severe headaches and some of my jaw pain..My legs still hurt and I'm still tired but I do sleep better. Anyone else had an experience like this ? I am not totally pain free but I'm improved by about 50%. I feel great ! Just thought I'd give you guys some good news for a change. I never thought I'd feel any type of improvement ! I hope it lasts ! What do you guys think ? To anyone who doesn't believe this pain can go away , it can...Just hang in there !
