I don't know if this is real or not... I can't believe after the experience I had last night and this morning that I would find this particular post up close to the top...
Last night, we went out with friends for dinner at an oriental buffet. After our meal, we sipped a bit of saki. I don't drink but maybe once a year, and even less since I began taking medications that advise against it. Anyway, I only had maybe 3/4 of an oz of the saki, but even before I finished sipping on that tiny little cup, I could feel that my body was beginning to ache. Then after the hour drive home, I was so stiff I had to fight to get out of the car. I ended up having the mother of all flares last night, staying up past 3:30 am. I am up at nearly noon now, still hurting. It's dulled down a lot, but man, I don't think I'll EVER drink anything alchoholic again... ever.
Is it Fibro related? I can't be sure.. but I've read a number of posts and articles that say it is, and after last night.. at least for me... alchohol affects your FMS
