Wed. was a good day for me..Thursday and today I've hurt to the point of having to stay in bed. I''ve missed two days of work now cause I could not get out of bed to get in a hot bath. I'm waiting on lab results. the dr. has them but no one has called me back yet. I'm taking Lyric at night and napoxen in the morning along with pain meds. Still I hurt so bad, my legs feel like water moving when i stand up. I'm just so tired.I feel like I have a ton of bricks pulling down on me when I try to stand up. along with the bones in my arms feeling like they are to big for my skin..does that make sense. any advice what I can do to feel better.home remedies?

how long have you been on the lyrica? i can't take it. turns me into a useless tired old woman with legs of rubber.
oops, forgot to say welcome. welcome. i hate to see any post go without being answered.
about the only home health care i do is diet and exercise even on the days i feel like never moving i do something, anything that gets me out of bed and moving. with fibro being still often makes it worse.
