I am in the doghouse ... promised to look up something about LDN for you a yr. ago & still haven't done it. Just lost track.

FWIW, everything I've read recently about LDN suggests the once/day dosing before bed, usually between 9 - 11 pm. There ARE a few folks out there who take it twice a day, or mid-day ... go figure, everyone's body works a little diff, but the vast majority of those who take LDN do the standard bedtime dose.

Now I need your help: I've got an appt w/a doc to discuss LDN for myself in a few days. So I'm wondering ... are you still taking LDN? What have been the pros & cons for you?

And as an offside -- did you have a child on the spectrum, & if so, did you go LDN for the autism?
