Shrtcak - I am doing fairly good today, thank you!

I know it's because I went back to bed for a couple of hours - very nice. I am keeping a symptom log, and for each day I record a number bt 1-10 to describe the pain at 3 times - 1st thing in a.m., after lunch, and bedtime. I also make a note of my mood, and extra meds I took or didn't take, exercise I did (or didn't), and on a separate sheet I am recording my diet. Looking for trends in headache, pain, and mood. I'm also trying to increase the amount of magnesium I'm getting in my diet, versus a vitamin pill. That is touch, unless I eat greens at every meal, which I can't seem to do. Working on it though. Takes a bit of time every day, but who knows what I'll find. I've done this periodically over my 20+ years with fibro, keeps me on track of the things I need to do for myself.
