Hi everybody I'm back again,

I'm sorry I know it makes few days since I have come but I have made positive things for my fibro : I went to a friend of mine who is nutritionist and she made me a special diet for my fibro without lactose, gluten and red meat. And as I am intolerant to classical medecine I will try natural medecine as naturopathy. I will test the diet next week and I'll call for naturopathy this afternoon. If someone have already tested those things give me your opinion.

Hi Orelisa! Sounds interesting - you must report back how you progress with this.
All of us with fibro have learned through trial and error what works for each of us. Many of us use "complementary" or natural medicine methods in addition to what our medical doctors suggest. Some of us use massage therapy, special diets, accupuncture, vitamins and supplements, homeopathy, all kinds of additional things we add to our medical care.

Hi Paddy,

Yes I have called for naturopathy yesterday afternoon and I will meet the person I called on Monday. She seems to be kind and she knows well the fibro. When I told her that I have started the no gluten and lactose diet she told me that was verry good.
