I agree with Blue with the dizzy, nausea thing. She's got very good advice.
There's something with the cold hands called Raynaud's syndrome and it's bad in the winter months. If my hands get cold, it's hard to get them warm. I use a moist heating pad, a long one and wrap it up and use it like a muff. It helps. The fingertips get cold and feel like frostbite, yep I've had a touch of that, so I know what it feels like.
