nodules every day
I smoked 30 cigarretes a day a year ago i now smoke 20 a week, a year ago i took diet pills and i didn't eat much but drinking water, now i have nodules everywhere, i am eating salads and water now.

I'm sorry. What do you mean by nodules? Are they in the myofascial tissue?

At any rate you're doing better with the smoking. I smoke too now and then. It's a hard habit to break. Good luck with the diet.
