We take a ton of meds how do you space them? - Fibromyalgia Message Board

It seems as if I'm taking a pill every 20 minutes and sometimes I forget to take one (well, truthfully I forget a LOT

)

I am to scared to take all of them together.

How do you take your pills? all at once or do you space them?

hi belle...it really depends on what the bottle says. mine are all daily, so i take them in the morning. however, my sleeping pill says at bedtime, my pain pill and valium say as needed and how often a day i can take them.
it seems like i take alot of pills in the morning, but some of them are vitamins.

Hi,

I have medicines to take as needed for pain 3 times a day.

Most of my meds I take at night and mixing the pain meds with elavil, soma and ambien has been fine.

At my pharmacy they flag things like that if they don't mix. Ask when you get meds the next time, they're really helpful.

I also have weekly pill boxes. I do 2 weeks worth at a time, then I don't forget. If I am in a flare I'm a spaz, so this works good for me. My mom does this too. She has the pill boxes in 2 colors one color for day the other for night meds.
