Hi martinka. I know your routine, did it for years and no it isn't fun. I live with my hubby though, sometimes that was more work...giggle. Anyway just some suggestions to help, if you don't do any kind of exercise it could be very helpful for you. Just a few stretches in the morning to start off. Maybe a walk after work for a few minutes. Then cutting out sugar from your diet could be helpful. Also caffeine, forgot that one. There have been some good threads that give other diet no no's. My big one is sugar. I only suggest these things which are hard to follow when you don't feel well, because I am flaring myself right now and I have not been following a very good diet or doing the exercise I should. Take some of those wonderful warm relaxing baths others have suggested, wrap in a warm comfy bathrobe, drink some soothing tea, relax with a good book or movie and sail away to peace and tranquility. I know how hard it is to be in your position, just hang in there and do all you can to make yourself feel better. Come here and vent when you feel like it.
