Heart burn/blue ice for pain? - Fibromyalgia Message Board

Lately I have been sore. It has been worse. Sometimes your in so much pain all you can do is sleep. Has anyone ever used that blue ice the goop stuff? I used it once when I pulled my back out and could not walk. Also Today I had oat meal and had heartburn. I can't eat any spicy foods even just pasta sauce gives me heartburn. Does anyone have problems also?

Sorry your having a bad time of it.

I have not tried Blue Ice, I have used Icy Hot.

As far as the acid reflux thing....yep got that hartburn issue !! I have to take a Prilosec every day.

Im have a pretty good day today..sore but not bad at all. So I am trying to enjoy it while I can !!!!
