Hello all,

Hopefully it's been a beast-less time for all of you...cause right now the beast is in me !!
Got the nausea, the PAIN, deep achy sharp to just slightly touch me and OMG the aches !! The weakness in my legs, I feel like I can;t stand up. Oh and Mr. Brain Fog is back too !! YIPEE

I was doing pretty good there for a period of time !! Well, I should of know it wasn't gonna last.....

Does this EVER go away and STAY AWAY ??

IDK if this is Fibro related, but has anyone had pain in their feet in the dead center of the foot?? I have had Plantar Fascitis (SP) in the past, It doesn't feel like that. Its not the heel. I haven't had that attack in 4 years.
I was just wondering.

have you tried Lyrica or Cymbalta what works for others might work for you, hope you find something it really sounds Miserable! better days ahead dhill2020

With plantar faciitis I had pain both in the middle of my foot and the bottom of my heal. I hope yours is just a little inflammation problem at the moment though. Hang in there.

Hi dhill ! How are you feeling?
I am on Diclefonac 2x a day, Amitriptyline 10 mg every night , lots of Vitamins.

I was on Lyrica a few years ago due to my neck injury.

I started the Amitriptyline a few weeks ago.

I guess its trial and error.

The foot pain has gotten better. Im actualy better shape today then yesterday OH THA WAS MONSTEROUS

My body was a mess.
I am dealing with a tingling issue on and off in the back of my head though. Yah think it Fibro related?
Im still knew at all of this.

My costro has been slightly kicking up too. UGH

The beast is back? You mean it goes away?! I have flares, but when I'm not in a flare I still hurt and have symptoms. I hope I'm not the only one!

I have been eating crazy good and taking vitamins and supplements. I think that helps with the fog and fatigue.

I think fibro is toxin related (for instance- they didn't have this 100 years ago), so I try to reduce the toxins I add to it. This is hard since it's in everything from food to shampoo.

Anything head related you might see a chiropractor.
