best books/articles on the subject? - Fibromyalgia Message Board

I need to educate myself on this disease, so I even know the right questions to ask. Can you recommend any good books that seem to have accurate and updated information? I'd prefer to stay away from those who are selling a medication or product.

I'd also really like any recommendations anyone has please - I've just ordered several that come up as good reads but have gone on my own analysis of the content rather than personal recommendation. Like Lucylucy I want to stay away fromthose selling medication or a product - thanks all x

HI all - regarding best books, one of the best i've read is "From Fatigued to Fantastic" by Joseph Teitelbaum, MD. Lots of good advice that I had never heard before, and I read a lot.

I use websites like this one, but also Mayo Clinic and University of Michigan have good information on their sites, too.
